Customer Service Coordinator (Full Time)

What will you be doing?

  • Managing our Customer Service Team to oversee our customer service operations and responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Own the initial triaging of customer enquiries from a variety of contact channels like email, contact forms, social media, live chat, and more.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and ensuring customer enquires get resolved quickly and empathetically.
  • Build and maintain a rich library of FAQs to empower our customers to solve their queries themselves faster in future.
  • Working with other departments to ensure nothing slips through the cracks which could deteriorate the customer experience.
  • Managing returns, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Assisting our Warehouse Team with order fulfilment and inventory management when required.

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English is required.
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, most notably Excel is required.
  • Written and verbal communication in other languages is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of the collectibles industry and pop culture knowledge is desired.

Warehouse Assistant (Full Time)

What will you be doing?

  • Receiving and logging shipments from our suppliers.
  • Storing received stock into stockholdings.
  • Preparing, picking, packing, and fulfilling orders for despatch.
  • Preparing, picking, and packing stock for transfers to our retail stores and events.
  • Preventing company property damage, loss/theft or abuse and report losses to line manager.
  • Ensuring the Warehouse is cleaned, and our health and safety policies are always adhered to.
  • Working together with our Customer Service Team on managing returns, replacements, and exchanges for our customers.
  • Live the company values focussing on taking individual responsibility working towards team delivery.
  • Plus, other duties as directed by the Warehouse manager, and/or company management.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided in every interaction with a customer ensuring you are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
  • Respond efficiently to till queues to always ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process till transactions securely, quickly and accurately.
  • Deliver effective product availability, replenish stock as directed.
  • Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
  • Live the company values focussing on taking individual responsibility working towards team delivery.
  • Deliver accurate cash handling and till operational procedures.
  • Deliver store changes/promotions in a timely and accurate way.
  • Ensure the store is cleaned and in a presentable condition to all customers.
  • Plus, other duties as directed by the store manager, and/or company management.
